What lengths of material can I Teflon Coat?

We Can coat 17 feet length, 4.5 feet wide and 4.5 feet heigh.

What colours and gloss levels do you offer?

 We are currently offering Black, Grey, Golden, Blue, Brown and Green Teflon coatings. Other colours can be considered for large orders on request.

How thick PTFE coating we can apply?

Our Teflon coatings are around 10 –60 microns. Thickness can be increased in special requirement up to 500 microns.

Is Teflon coating conductive to electricity?

As Teflon is a fluoropolymer and paint-like coating it is non-conductive. If required, we can mask off some areas of your product to prevent them being coated.

Is Teflon coating corrosion and chemical resistant?

Teflon coating has excellent corrosion resistance. If correctly pre-treated, it will withstand up to 1000 hours of salt spray testing (we also test our products using our in-house corrosion testing facilities). Stock black Teflon products have very good solvent and chemical resistance.

Is Teflon Coating heat resistant?

Teflon coatings have a broad temperature resistance, from cryogenic to temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius.

Do I have to use the Teflon brand coating?

There are other fluoropolymer brands that do the same job. We use Teflon accoring to the requirement. The most of the time we use other Brands of PTFE coatings.

What forms are available for PTFE Non-stick coatings?

Teflon® non-stick industrial coatings are available in both liquid and powder.
